We're former venture investors who chose a different path. We spent a decade helping software companies grow. We sat on boards, worked in the trenches alongside founders, watched what worked and watched what didn't.

We realized we wanted to do more than invest - we wanted to build alongside founders, not just back them.

Charlie Serota

Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Charlie helped build Accel's growth investing practice in Europe, backing some of the world's most ambitious software companies. Previously, Charlie worked at General Atlantic and IAC, and graduated from Wharton.

Henry Jefferies

Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Henry spent the past decade in software, most recently as part of Accel's early stage investment team, where he sat on the board of a range of software and AI companies. Previously, Henry worked at Dawn Capital and Goldman Sachs, and graduated from Oxford.

Luke Dennen

M&A Lead

Luke spent the past four years buying and building niche vertical software businesses around the world. He previously led M&A at Mosaic Software Group and Arcadea Group, and graduated from the University of Notre Dame.

Matt Ramsbottom

CFO

Matt has 15+ years of experience building and scaling tech companies in finance and operations roles. Previously, Matt was CFO at Logicbroker, SVP Finance at project44, and worked at Permanent Capital. He graduated from Miami (OH) University.
