We've raised >$50M and acquired four companies in less than nine months.
Role Overview
We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own the technical infrastructure behind how Recur finds software companies and how our portfolio companies find customers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and automation. You'll build enrichment pipelines in Clay, design outbound campaigns in Smartlead, use Claude Code to prototype and automate, wire up CRM workflows, and create repeatable go-to-market playbooks that we can deploy across multiple companies. You'll run experiments constantly - testing new channels, messaging, and processes - and double down on what works. If you love turning messy data into clean pipelines and manual outreach into automated systems, this is your role.
What You'll Do
- →Build and maintain enrichment and prospecting pipelines in Clay - from raw company lists to qualified, personalised outreach
- →Design and optimise cold email campaigns in Smartlead (sequences, deliverability, A/B testing, reply handling)
- →Create automations that connect our tools: Clay, Smartlead, Salesforce, n8n, Supabase, Apollo, Claude Code
- →Develop repeatable GTM playbooks that can be deployed across Recur's portfolio companies
- →Run experiments across messaging, channels, and sales processes - test fast, measure what works, kill what doesn't
- →Analyse outbound performance data and find the bottlenecks slowing down pipeline conversion
- →Help portfolio companies stand up their own outbound, inbound, and lead generation infrastructure
- →Work with the founders to identify new channels, verticals, and approaches for deal sourcing
What We're Looking For
- →2-5 years of experience in a GTM engineering, revenue operations, or growth role at a B2B SaaS company
- →Hands-on experience with Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools - you've built real pipelines, not just watched demos
- →Comfortable writing lightweight automations (n8n, Zapier, Make, or basic Python scripting) and using AI tools like Claude Code to move faster
- →Deep understanding of cold email best practices: deliverability, domain health, personalisation at scale
- →Data-oriented: you think in enrichment steps, match rates, and conversion funnels
- →An experimenter at heart - you'd rather test ten things and learn than plan one thing perfectly
- →Resourceful and self-directed - you figure things out, you don't wait for a playbook

Compensation
